we had QUNYING MEETING today!!!!
n it was funny
cos it somehow relates to internal camp
which again relates to embarrassing lilin indirectly

ok erm since ppl were not here today
i shall be nice n post up the stuff we discussed
so ppl can have an overview of the whole thing
1. November Huixun Debrief
-Exam period, everyone is busy so there was a stop in the progress
-Not meeting given deadlines ( 交版)
-poor printing qualities and too much folds
2. New Huixun Format
-A4 size ( A5 kind of booklet)
-huixun will be done based on a theme
-No more 纸上电影
-new 版: 畅谈天- interview ppl from diff groups about a topic
-All 排版done in bao guan
3. Important notifications
-Dress appropriately when u go bao guan e.g jeans and covered shoes [NO FBTS and slippers]
-Greet n acknowledge all reporters when u see them in bao guan
- TXY resume:
From Jan onwards, all txys will have a resume to record their performance in txy e.g huo dongs and writing
- For guwens to access individual performance and to decide if a txy deserves CCA points
- record participation from sep 2008 onwards ( e.g internal camp or any writings for newspaper)
- Collected every half a year for checking [Next year's collection in Feb and Aug]
-
Each txy must write AT LEAST 4 ARTICLES PER YEAR, includes campus news, qu huo essays, 交流版/泡泡堂 or 自耕地-There will be sections to record huixuns and huodongs participationContributions to OMY or being interviewed for 大声讲can also be recorded
-NO ACCESS TO BAOGUAN ON SUNDAYS if coming for certain reasons plss inform zu zhangs
-there will be a logbook for signing in and out when u go baoguan
- regular 培训
-JUNE HOLS- 3 day 培训 camp ( day camp)
- NO MORE 体育节 and 文化营
- NO MORE 颁奖, merge with internal camp wanhui
